This or That: Tribal or Flowers

For Wednesdays style challenge I chose this skirt to represent tribal.

The colors are not very tribal but the print is to me!  Here is what I wore with it.

 Skirt (H & M) Shirt (Uniqlo), Purse and earrings (Charming Charlie), Shoes (a little shop at the beach a couple summers ago).

I wore this to work.  I thought the bright colors would make me have more energy since I am still not feeling well.  Last night we went on a boat dinner cruise with my husbands office.  It was really nice!!

Tues This or That = postponed due to virus :-(

Sadly (or not so sadly since I really enjoyed the rest) I spent all of yesterday in my jammies at home.

This clearly means that I did not put on any pair of shoes so the Platforms or Flats decision will be postponed for Saturday!

In the meantime after two years of debating I finally purchased myself some converse shoes on Sunday afternoon.

I purchased the light blue pair (which I prefer to call mint, a because they appear more mint and b because I believe the five and a half shoe there was meant for me!!!

Back to work today so get ready for my next post of tribal or flower.....

Fashion Challenge: Solid Brights

I have caught some sort of virus, so I have been feverish with a sore tummy all day.  Thankfully, I wore brights today!  I think the whole world just feels better when you are adorned in bright colors!

Unfortunately, my photography (aka the hubby) was not able to take photos of me tonight.  So, this was the best I could do with the camera timer.

I heart a denim jacket.

 Obviously, I love to wear this denim jacket.

I love the deep dark denim shade!

I think a denim jacket is a perfect piece for spring and fall!

I wore this to work on a Wednesday.  It was good for the office, but casual and relaxed enough for teaching my teenagers.

Swingin' and springin'

There is nothing I love more than swinging outside right at sunset and to feel the breeze kiss my face and hair.  It just brings me genuine joy!

I love these pics, and I love being outside in God's creation.  Also, I am really excited because this navy cardigan was starting to get a little too small on me, and I found the perfect replacement from uniqlo when the hubby and I were in New York a couple weeks ago!!  Can't wait to replace!
