Picture A Day: An outfit you wore on a special day

Dress (Charlotte Russe), Jacket (JC Penney), Shoes (Payless)

I wore this jacket for the first time when I was elected to serve on the Board of Trustees for a very special organization.  I felt that it was a special jacket for a special occasion.  For this particular outfit, I was just going to work :-).
